The Harvest Partnership is a Spirit-led movement of Jesus’ disciples investing spiritual, relational, intellectual, physical, and financial capital to multiply disciples and expand God’s kingdom.
How it all started.
Pastors Al Doering and Mark Brunette share the origins of the Harvest Partnership.
Mission
The Harvest Partnership exists to fuel and send harvest workers and multiply harvest tables to connect the disconnected to Christ, His Church, and our calling in His Kingdom.
Vision
To be a Gospel-centric expression of God’s Spirit-led sending through the multiplication of harvest workers, harvest tables, new disciples, and new Gospel outposts.

Luke 10:2 does not distinguish between professionals and laypeople; Jesus is Lord above all in this harvest work. A wide variety of spiritual gifts are represented in the Harvest Partnership. The mission field needs apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, and teachers who are equipping the saints and building up the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-12).
-
A gathering of individuals around the values of the Harvest Partnership. Each person brings what they have to the table and asks the question, “If we collectively put what we have on this table, releasing our ownership and offering it to the Lord, what can He do with it?”

These serve as the lenses by which we define relationships, make decisions, and steward the gifts of God. When we come to the Harvest Table, these are the resources that we share. Read more about them here.

A Gospel outpost is anywhere the kingdom of God is breaking through into our communities.
A Gospel Outpost might be a church plant started by a pastor. It could be a Bible study started on a cul-de-sac for busy parents created by a mom. A group of retired women walking together and building relationships in their neighborhood. It’s the businessman intentionally going to the breakroom for coffee to build relationships with his coworkers.
We want to seek, encourage, and equip disciples to pursue building Gospel Outposts by living out their vocations in their sphere of influence.
